While lightfast test results are beginning to rival the best archival paper / ink combinations, direct continuous UV exposure will cause some fading. Typically, image vibrance and weatherproof nature exceeds most commercial standards for a modern enduring display that is superior in every respect.
Amazing Aluminum Photographic Plates™ have a state of the art protective coating applied that can sometimes appear as a small crater or bump (surface texture). Each sheet is very carefully inspected to see if there is the appearance of an imperfection in a prominent part of the finished display. Amazing Aluminum Photographic Plates will not be remade unless an apparent imperfection (surface texture) is located in a prominent part of the image.
We are quite sure you will be pleased with a modern, durable, lightfast process that is UV resistant, weatherproof and scratch resistant.
